Eva the Diva...

Eva Marcille, best known for being America's Next Top Model winner Cycle 3, covers Obvious magazine, looking fierce as ever! I say she's the only model from ANTM that made it far, almost a household name. In this issue, she talks about her upcoming wedding, her being called a diva and much more. Even though I put Eva the Diva as the title, I don't think she really is one. I mean, of course she appeared as one on the show, you're not gonna be peachy keen & nice to some girls who want to take your spot right? I think she's a doll (like I know her) but Eva the Diva has sucha nice ring. =)

-itches temple-

So, I must have bloggers block because for a minute now, I've been sitting at my desktop, looking exactly like this....
(minus the longevity of my hair).
Idk, nothing is really interesting bout these celebs and their antics. I try to post my own shit and stuff, whatever I like, hunks, cuties, throwbacks, all type of shit. But it's just not interesting anymore. I have been thinking about not bloggin anymore but I know someone would try to kill me (not bragging, its true). I might not quit this bloggin shit today, but I might something better to do with my free time that I rarely have now. However, don't worry my loves! I won't leave you out the dust without a heads-up, and for now Me & Ms. Jones is still in full effect! thanks for the mucho love-o! =*

Hunk of the Day...

As you should know by now, I don't discriminate when it comes to my hunks. This edition: Justin Timberlake. He first came on the scene with NSYNC, with his blond curly fro. Wasn't he adorable? Then, he ventured on to his solo career and all of a sudden OOZED sex appeal. He definitely brought some blue-eyed soul to the table. He is definitely a yummy scoop of white chocolate. Not to mention, a TALENTED hunk, sings, act, dances, and he's HELLA funny. The bod isn't bad either. I'm just waiting for a black girl to snag him =).

All in Your Ear...

Beyonce has a whole bunch of unreleased tracks. I can see why because most doesn't mesh well with any album that came out previously. What I have on my hands is "Ice Cream Truck". The song is cute. Not your usually B, I think this was pre-Sasha Fierce but I dig it. I usually like a beat of a song but I like the analogy that Beyonce uses, her failed lover being like an ice cream truck and she's tired of chasing him. It's cute! Maybe because I literally still chase the ice cream truck till this day. However, I know most ladies can relate to this. Take a listen!

Drake is mainly known for his rapping skills nowadays, and kinda for his singing too. I like his voice in general but his tone and smoothness in his singing voice is like butter. Like he can say anything, and it'll be OK. Some supposed tracks that suppose to be on Drake's debut album has leaked onto the net. One of them is a "snippet" (I guess) is called "Stunt On You". The title itself makes me laugh. I wondered what he could possibly say in the short one minute sample. Basically, he shits on a ex-lover that deaded him. Now, don't we all love that feeling on stunting on a nigga/bitch that was stupid enough to let us go? Oh yes! Check the songdizzle!

THROWBACK VIDEO! SUMMER EDITION!

Ahhhh, it feels like summer is finally here in NY! I've really been pondering on what song was poppin during the summer. I always try to think back from year to year, because I always remember when & where I was the moment I digg a song. 2003, shall we?

Pharrell's "Frontin'" featuring Jay-Z was sucha Summer banger. It was cute, smooth, light, catchy, had that summer feel to it. A great song to cruise to in your car. Skateboard's P falsetto voice was so pleasing to the ear, long before The-Dream came about. Hov's verse was a cool one that everyone still knows the words to perfectly. When the video came out, my eyes went googley for Pharrell when he took of that shirt. Not a typical built bod, but it was still hawt. Plus, that's when all men of the world first laid their eyes on then unknown, Lauren London. Always thought she was a cutie. This song can never get old. Good ol tune!

Side Chick Snapped...

When I first heard of the death of Steve McNair, I thought "How sad! A married man with 4 kids, who would wanna brutally kill him?". Now that the story behind is unfolding, its like a shock after shock. It's looking like a murder-suicide. Officials say that Sahel Kazemi shot Mcnair in the head while he was sleeping, twice in the chest, then in the head again before turning the gun on herself. I'm not gonna lie, when I found out he had a mistress, I wasn't too surprised. A woman going into a relationship with a guy in any sports league should DEFINITELY worry about other women.

Word is that the two met in January after Sahel broke up with her ex-bf. McNair would whisk her off to extravagant getaways like Las Vegas, Hawaii and Key West. He even bought her an Escalade for her 20th birthday. But he liked her because she was independent, working 2-3 jobs, unlike other women he was previously involved with.

The two were together ALL THE TIME unless he was taking his kids on vacation. The ex-bf said that McNair was making her believe that they were gonna be together in their own little perfect world. Kazemi was convinced that he would leave his wife, move in with her, then maybe eventually get married (isn't this always a side chick's thoughts?). She even put her furniture on sale on Craigslist 2 days before the deaths. Her family said that she was selling them bc she was going to move in with McNair but his friends said he had no intention of leaving his wife. His own brother never even heard of his lil mistress.

Then two weeks ago McNair and Kazemi planned a trip to Las Vegas. She flew there from Tennessee but when she got there, he never arrived. Maybe he was trying to pull away from the affair. She then told her friends that her "personal life was a mess". Her rent doubled from her roommate moving out. Her debts were building up and she couldn't sell her car. After that, I guess tragedy struck.

Mind you, idk if all of this is true, but if it is, it's kinda weird. Either his wife knew and is playing dumb, trying to keep her "happy home" or she's just really dumb. What woman doesn't have that MY-MAN-IS-CHEATING intuition? All that time ya man is gone and only comes back to take the kids on vacation? Cmon ma! Kazemi probably killed him because she herself knew that her good life, lavish trips and shit was soon about to come to an end. Maybe she was really with McNair and wanted him all to herself, and is she couldn't have him... then no one would. This should give some guys a wake-up call. Yea, maybe you can cheat and never get caught. However, you can cheat, get involved with a crazy bitch and never wake up the next morning. Makes me think of the 80/20 rule. This is like an episode of Snapped. Just wanted to share my thoughts on this unfortunate but karma-like situation. I don't' wish death on anyone, but this shit makes a man OR woman to think twice before stepping out on ya 80. You never know how crazy your 20 is...

David Garibaldi Masterpiece...

I just came across these like two minutes ago, and I HAD to post this. Not because these are MJ portraits, but the artist who painted these is SICK! I mean like, he's wild crazy. His name is David Garbaldi. I would have love to see him paint these. But there's a video below to show you how hard he goes. I'm a lil fan of art, so I hope you guys like! Good Night B!

I truly believe Beyonce is the hardest working woman in entertainment business. No one goes in like she does. IDK how she even has time to make a video while on tour. Here's the supposed complete version of "Sweet Dreams". I had gave yall a lil sneak peek a while back. I like the video. Finally, Sasha Fierce in clear vivid COLOR! That's all everyone has been asking for really. The choreography was crisp, as usual. Reminded me of some clips from her tour. I almost reached my climax of hypeness until she turned black-and-white at the end. Got my hopes up too soon. I don't even know if I'm even suppose to have this video. So watch it before youtube gets mean.

Our Final Goodbye to The King...

Today was Michael Jackson's Memorial Service. It was like the whole world was on pause once again (except me because I had to work, but I caught the repeat). As I watched it, I still couldn't believe that MJ was gone. It was surreal to actually see a casket there, like even if it was open, I would probably still be in disbelief. It even hurt my heart even more to see these big stars like Mariah Carey, Usher, etc. break down. It's clear MJ had a big effect on everyone. It kinda made me mad though because he's getting so much recognition when he's no longer here. However, that's how it usually is. They did a wonderful job paying tribute to MJ. Cried the whole time. And it was even more sweet to see all 9 of the Jackson siblings supporting each other. Kinda shows you that even tho they have their plastic surgeries and that they are The Jacksons, they're still a regular family (...kinda). And for the first time we got to see MJ kids as just kids missing their dad. Here are some pics and performances that made my heart sink. =(

Teairra Mari's Thriller...

Since MJ's death, artists from all over has been doing tributes to the King of Pop. However, Teairra Mari's tribute wasn't even intentional. She literally did this shoot the day before MJ's death. I saw the 2 pics below the day he died on Twitter, and I could imagine how creeped out she could have been. Anyway, this alter-ego shoot was shot by Derek Blanks, who also did Dawn & Que alter-ego shoot. The pic came out hot but it's too bad we can't be fully happy about it. =/
