SUMMER JAM 09!
If you live in the Tri-State area (or maybe just the important place) NYC, you already know what Summer Jam is. It's the concert that New York radio station, Hot 97, throws EVERY year just when summer is about to start. I never here any complaints about this concert. It's like history goes down every year. Some may remember that's kinda where the Jay-Z/Nas beef started. Couple years ago, Kanye West & Swizz Beatz had a "Battle of the Beats". SO CRAZY! If you're someone in Hip-Hop or R&B, you're at Summer Jam, no if's and's or but's. This year's line-up included Mary J. Blige, The-Dream, T-Pain, Jadakiss, Young Jeezy, and so much more. It was hosted by the hilarious MovadoTracy Morgan. Of course, they had their surprise guests like Maino, Drake & the man himself, Jay-Z, who tore up "D.O.A. (Death of Autotune)". I didn't have to go to know it was poppin'! SHOUTOUTS TO MY FAV RADIO STATION!
